K. Jaishankar
Jaishankar is the Consultant (Criminology and
Crime Sciences) of the International Institute of Justice &
Police Sciences (IIJPS). He earned a B.Sc. in Biochemistry
from the PSG College of Arts and Science, Bharathiar
University, an M.A. in Criminology and a PG Diploma
in Geographic Information Systems Management and a
Ph.D. in Criminology from the University of Madras,
Chennai, India. Jaishankar was earlier the directly
appointed Full Professor and Head of the Department of
Criminology at the Raksha Shakti University (Now Rashtriya
Raksha University) Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. He was a Commonwealth Fellow (2009-2010) at the
Centre for Criminal Justice Studies, School of Law,
University of Leeds, UK.
He is the founder President of South Asian Society
of Criminology and Victimology (SASCV) and founder
Executive Director of Centre for Cyber Victim
Counselling (CCVC). He is the founding father of
Cyber Criminology, an academic sub-discipline of
Criminology and the proponent of the Space
Transition Theory. He is the recipient of the
prestigious “National Academy of Sciences, India (NASI)
- SCOPUS Young Scientist Award 2012 – Social Sciences”. He is an
International Ambassador of the British Society of Criminology
(BSC) and a United Nations Expert on Issues of Victims of
Terrorism. He is recently
Ranked 16th among the Top 25 Influential Criminologists in the
World during 2010-2020 by AcademicInfluence an Academic
Rankings Site Texas, USA. His areas of

Anil
Aggrawal
Anil Aggrawal is the
Consultant (Forensic Medicine and Medico-Legal Sciences) of the
International Institute of Justice & Police Sciences (IIJPS). He is a former professor
of forensic medicine
at the Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, India. Anil
Aggarwal's Alma Mater is the University College of Medical
Sciences, New Delhi from where he pursued his Bachelor of
Surgery and Bachelor of Surgery in the year 1978. For
further studies he joined prestigious All India Institute
Medical Sciences, New Delhi to pursue Doctor of Medicine in
Forensic Medicine. He was appointed as Professor for
Forensic Medicine at Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi
in 1985 and retired in 2020. He was scaling heights and was
sent to Scotland in Edinburgh Medical School for higher
training in 1989 for a year. In 1996, he was presented a WHO
fellowship, under which he gave lessons at Armed Forces
Institute of Pathology, Washington, US and Shiga University
of Medical Sciences, Japan. He has penned down his research
and given his research the name of books. His famous books
includes Forensic and Medico-legal Aspects of Sexual Crimes
and Unusual Sexual Practices (Which is about sexual curse,
this particular book theoretically derives fourteen
classifications of conspicuous sexual pathologies). He
proposed a new classification of necrophilia, and is
considered the leading authority on necrophilia. He is known
chiefly for his online journal, Anil Aggrawal's Internet
Journal of Forensic Medicine and

K V Ravikumar
Ravikumar is the
Consultant (Forensic Sciences) of the International Institute of
Justice & Police Sciences (IIJPS). He was formerly Director
of the Institute of Security Sciences and Management at the Raksha Shakti University (now Rashtriya Raksha University),
Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India with responsibility of managing the
work of different departments like Forensic Science,
Criminology, IT, Law, Police Administration and Security
Sciences. He was the Member of the Finance Committee, Academic
Council, Board of Governors, Chairmen IQAC and NAAC, Chairmen of
the Training and Placement Cell, Co-ordinator Student start-up
and innovation policy of Rashtriya Raksha University. He earlier
worked as OSD (Plan Projects) with Joint Secretary, Police
Modernization, MHA, Government of India. He has provided
consultancy in drafting M.Sc. Forensic Science Syllabus to
various universities that teach Forensic Science. He provided
consultancy to various state FSLs, in modernizing Forensic
technologies, design of their laboratory & in drafting their
perspective plans, and received commendation letter from DGP of
Himachal Pradesh for drafting the Forensic Science Development
Plan. He was deputed by Govt. of India to prepare the project
proposals of Countries like Maldives, Vietnam, and Seychelles to
setup and modernize their forensic science set up.

Post degrees in Psychology (Tamil Nadu Open University) and
Psychotherapy & Counselling (Indira Gandhi National Open
University). She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Forensic
Psychology (Sherlock Institute of Forensic Science) and
Certificate courses in Anti Terrorism (Anti terrorism
Accreditation Board, USA) and Rehabilitation and Sexual
Exploitation of Women (PARI, New Delhi). She is an expert in
Prison Counselling: Conducted programs in Jaipur Central
Jail, Rajasthan; Psychologist in Puzhal Prisons, Chennai and

Sachil Kumar, PhD
Sachil is an Consultant (Forensic Sciences) of the
International Institute of Justice & Police Sciences (IIJPS).
He is presently an Associate Professor of Forensic Sciences at
the Amity University, Noida, India. He worked
earlier as an Assistant Professor in the Department of
Forensic Sciences, College of Criminal Justice, Naif Arab
University for Security Sciences, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Sachil Kumar received his Ph.D. in Forensic Chemistry from
the King Georges Medical University, India in 2015. He
received his Postgraduate degree in Forensic Science (2010)
from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, India. Kumar holds
a bachelor's degree in Chemistry (Hons) from the University
of Delhi, India, 2008. He has worked as Guest Lecturer at
the Department of Bio-Technology, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar
University, India, from 2015 to 2016 and has taught many
classes in Forensic Sciences to Masters students. He has
qualified the UGC-National Eligibility Test for Lectureship,
and UGC-National Eligibility Test for Junior Research
Fellowship (J.R.F.) in the subject Forensic Science. He has
been awarded competitive grants from national funding
bodies, including the International Travel Support Scheme,
Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of
Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, 2013. He
has published more than 35 peer reviewed scholarly research
articles, as well as authored several book chapters
published by IGI Global, Springer and Walter De Gruyter. He

Sony Kunjappan
Sony
is the Consultant (Criminal Justice Governance and Social Work)
of the International Institute of Justice & Police Sciences (IIJPS).
He is presently a Senior Assistant Professor and Coordinator
of the Centre for Studies in Social Management, Central
University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar, India. His PhD and
M.Phil was awarded from Centre for the Study of Law and
Governance, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His PhD
thesis is on "Police Accountability: case studies in Wayanad
district of Kerala". He holds a Masters in Social Work with
specialization in Criminology and Correctional
Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS),
Mumbai. He has published one book titled, "Governance of
In-service Training Process and Procedures" and two chapters
in edited books published by Taylor and Francis Group. He
has also submitted a project titled Local Self Governance
and Policing, funded by Bureau of Police Research and
Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
He has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals.
